• planning to come in on a project that has run into difficulties

From the Start

If working on a project from scratch, we involve specialists in all aspects of planning from right across our organization, the personnel who will be involved in each of the 5 stages of the project as it unfolds.

A key part of the preparation here involves market research.

This may include competitor product research where we look into both a product’s technical specifications as well as a competitor’s overall business model.
