Precision CNC machining is where we started in this business and we now specialize in crafting components used in the most precise and advanced POC and laboratory devices that often require tolerances as fine as 0.001 mm.
Our technicians are experts in machining the materials that are the most difficult to work with, particularly titanium and nickel alloys such as stainless steel 15-5PH and 17-4PH, copper, brass, as well as nylon and other plastics.
Achieving high precision with complex shapes and overall extremely fine tolerances comes from carefully controlling the rotational speed of the CNC cutters as well as other proprietary techniques we have developed through the decades.
Through these decades we have also painstakingly developed a number of partnerships with a select number of machine shops, local and international, that are experts in only one or two techniques. Indeed, we have been working with most of our suppliers for at least 10 years and even 20 years in some cases.
